Ildiko embarked on her yoga journey in the early 2000s when she found a shorter yoga sequence in a magazine. Inspired by her practice, she made the transformative choice to leave her corporate job and follow a more rewarding path as a Yin Yoga teacher. With her deep knowledge, Ildiko is committed to guiding others toward balance and well-being. Come and explore the transformative power of yoga with her.
